Micronization Services

We provide micronization services using our proprietary technology that allows us to achieve particle size distribution down to a single digit micrometer range.

For coarser particle size distribution, we provide milling services using Pin-, Hammer- mill and Quadro Comil technologies.

We can perform the micronization and milling of the high potent materials in different sized isolators (Glove Box and Half Suite Box)

The simultaneous micronization of at least two compounds improves powder properties and skips potential blending steps.

The particle size reduction at very low temperature is used for compounds with a low brittleness and sticky, elastic or semi-solid products. It is also used to prevent the degradation of highly sensitive products, to avoid polymorphic changes and to avoid any increase in amorphous particles.

With product conditioning we are able to resolve potential post micronization morphological issues.
