HSE: Health, Safety and Environment

Safety is our highest priority. Munit ensures safe, sustainable workplaces through structured management, continuous improvement, and rigorous audits. We continuously strive for a robust HSE culture that safeguards people, the environment, and process integrity.

Our HSE Culture

At Microchem and Jetpharma manufacturing sites, safety is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to safe, sustainable workplaces through structured management systems, continuous improvement, and independent audits. Thanks to this approach, we have recorded no significant accidents in recent years, demonstrating the effectiveness of our preventive measures.

Protecting colleagues from risks—especially those related to active ingredient exposure—is central to our HSE system. This includes industrial monitoring, containment measures, preventive assessments, and targeted training that go beyond regulatory requirements. Our ISO 8 (class 100,000) processing booths ensure safe handling of pharmaceutical products while preventing environmental and cross-contamination risks.

Achievements in 2025

We strengthened our prevention culture at all levels, aligned HSE goals with company priorities, and achieved another year without significant incidents — a direct result of proactive risk management and team engagement.

Looking Ahead

In 2026 and beyond, we are:

1.

Expanding our integrated HSE management system

2.

Updating training to enhance advanced risk management skills.

3.

Strengthening process safety management to ensure efficient, reliable plants.

4.

Launching a safety leadership program to encourage proactive behaviors and embed simple, effective preventive practices across the organization.

Our goal remains clear:
a robust safety culture that protects people,
the environment, and the integrity of our processes.
